Thank you for shopping at MOOSKi Adventures.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

 

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure you have checked all of your details, including your email address and delivery address.

 

REFUNDS

 

Our shirts, hoodies and sweaters are all sewn together by human hands and due to this human element, some variations in the garment may occur.

If you receive a garment that you are not 100% satisfied with due to inconsistent seams/sleeves (first, we apologise), please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you receive an item that is misprinted/faulty, we will happily provide a refund of the purchase price and delivery charges, or provide a replacement.

Please send us an email ASAP with your Order Number, details of the fault, and we request you include a photo of the item(s).

 

**Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.

 

If you have purchased the wrong size, please email us and we will happily provide a discount code for the purchase of a new item, subject to the following conditions;

 

  • Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of receiving, together with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original labels attached.
  • The discount amount will be the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.

 

 

Please take extra care when making purchases as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, we recommend emailing us for a discount code (see process & conditions for ‘wrong size’ above) and proceed to purchase the new item online.

 

 

MOOSKi Adventures is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
